Explore yogic breathing as you learn to regulate the breath in this workshop to be conducted by Jon Cagas.  See how it affects the body in more ways than the physical – as it calms the brain, reduces stress and improves concentration.

Fee: Php 2,000 per module

Beginners’ Yoga: Introduction to Ashtanga

July 21, 25, 28, August 1, 4, 8, 11, 15 Tuesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 9:30am

Beginners or those wanting to revisit the basics are invited to attend the “Beginners’ Yoga: Introduction to Ashtanga” series of classes.

These modules of 8 classes held over 4 weeks, will guide the student through the fundamentals of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.

A step-by-step approach will be taken, with each class building upon the poses and topics previously covered. This will prepare the student to confidently join any of the scheduled Mysore or Led Ashtanga classes.

Fee: PhP 4,000 per module
Space is limited so it would be best for interested students to sign up soonest.

  1. Hi! I stumbled upon your site while surfing for tips on picking the right yoga mat. I plan to buy me a Manduka for my birthday (yay!) and I dunno which one would be best. I’m a sweaty vegan addicted to bikram yoga 🙂
