You’re big, so you find exercise too difficult to do, so you don’t, so you get bigger….
You’re depressed, so you don’t want to do anything/everything, so you feel worse….
You don’t feel good about yourself, you start stress-eating, you gain weight, you get depressed….
It’s a cycle so unless you break it, things will never get any better.
