Day 2 to Yoga Habit

Started my day early. Got up at 4 am to attend to my Catholic duties. Before 7 am I started my pranayama. Followed by asanas: suryas, standing sequence, backbends, then closing but lots of playtime šŸ˜‰

I thought wooden bed would not be so bad for a beginner's dropback=)

    • Finally saw the clip. I think the wall is helpful in dropbacks but this experiment is helpful in activating the psoas muscles in standing up..at least to me. Could not fall on my knees or my back to get out of the pose (out of fear that my spine might hit the edge of the bed) so I had to force myself to stand from the “half-backbend” pose. šŸ™‚
