Day 9 to Yoga Habit

Being stuck in traffic for two hours last Friday AND sitting on uneven, cramped seat on public transport did not do my right side good. Up to now, I have been sore from below the rib cage, to my side, to my near center lower back, to psoas.

This picture captures perfectly where I feel discomfort, bordering on pain, now.

Dropback and standing up were bad during practice. Expectedly.
